Certified Mail is useful if you ever need a record of an item that was sent, and when it was received. It vastly improves your record keeping, and the tracking link is ultimately quite useful. Mailform initiates envelopes sent via USPS Certified Mail since we launched almost 7 years ago, and now we've made it even simpler.

As a reseller of the USPS Certified Mail product - connecting directly with the USPS, we can track your mail with either an electronic return receipt or the physical Form 3800 Receipt with ease:

Here’s how to use it If you’re sending a single item via our Quick Start tool:

  1. Drag and Drop in your PDF and click "Next"
  2. Add a recipient and sender address as prompted
  3. Select the “Certified Mail”  Option and be sure to indicate whether you'd like to choose the electronic return receipt option



If you’re sending bulk mail (or via QuickBooks) you can select the “Certified Mail” radio alongside the receipt election either on an item by item basis  or for the entire mail order.
