Same day fulfillment is available for FedEx Standard Overnight envelopes sent before 11:30am (except Saturday and Sunday), subject to last pickup times. Same day fulfillment is available for USPS Priority Express Mail sent before 8:45am (except Sunday)! All other USPS Priority Express Mail and USPS Priority Mail is fulfilled the next business day. First class mail (including certified mail) is fulfilled within 2 business days.
Please note that fulfillment only covers the handoff of your mail to the USPS or FedEx: delivery is still subject to the carrier delivery process.

YES! We support Certified Mail. Fulfillment will occur within 2 business days of your order being placed, and we will email you a tracking link within 3 business days of your order being placed.
No, at this time all we provide is the certified mail tracking number that can be looked up on the USPS website: if you need a physical receipt you will need to visit your nearest Post Office.

We work with widely trusted third party mailing services such as Lob and EasyPost. Together, they ship millions of letters, parcels and packages per month for companies such as Intuit (maker of TurboTax & QuickBooks), Teespring, Vinted, and more.
To save trees, documents are double sided by default. You can specify single sided printing if it is needed.
We use the Lob API to send and track mail. This API gives us data when the mail has been delivered to the USPS. In addition, we enable you to send certified mail and recieve tracking links when your item has been delivered.
You can print your mail in color, or black and white. It's totally up to you!
Documents are sent using one of a number of supported services, including USPS First Class Mail, USPS Certified Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express Mail, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
For USPS First Class Mail, no barcode is placed on the envelope. USPS Priority Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Certified Mail and FedEx Standard Overnight delivery may use envelope labels that include barcodes.
Mailform currently supports USPS mail sent worldwide, and FedEx Standard Overnight to supported domestic US locations. For letters going to destinations outside the United States, only USPS First Class Mail is supported.
We currently send mail from one of our provider's hubs in the Midwest or Western US (Illinois, Utah, Montana or Michigan).
At the moment there's not yet a way to include a personal or company logo on the envelope. We're working on this though - if this is a feature you would like, please email us at email@example.com!
