PLEASE NOTE: when the return envelope option is selected:

• To change the return envelope tags, message, and address, click the CUSTOMIZE button.
• Flat envelopes and physical USPS Certified mail return receipts (Green Cards) are not supported.
• Certified Mail with Electronic return receipts require a United States sender address.

PLEASE NOTE: copies are ALWAYS mailed via USPS First Class, and there will be NO tracking information available for copies. If the sender address is not a domestic US mailing address, an additional charge will be added for the international mailing cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Physical USPS Certified mail return receipts (Green Cards) will be mailed by the USPS after the envelope is considered delivered by the USPS. Mailform can NOT provide the tracking number for the physical return receipt, ONLY the tracking number for the original certified letter that we send.
The physical USPS Certified mail return receipt (Green Card) will be mailed to the sender address on the envelope. Please ensure that the sender address is correct if the physical return receipt option is selected. Alternatively, an electronic return receipt can be requested, and we will deliver the signature information as a PDF file to your email.

USPS Priority Mail orders placed before 10:45am EST Monday to Saturday will be mailed the same day. Orders placed on Sunday, USPS postal holidays, or placed after 10:45am EST Monday to Saturday will be fulfilled the next business day.
