How to send a letter

Send a letter online - from the comfort of your home or office

Before, to send a letter, you would go through several steps

1. Buy an envelope

2. Buy paper

3. Buy a printer

4. Install the printer

5. Type up and print the letter

6. Address the envelope

7. Insert the letter in the envelope

8. Buy stamps

9. Lick the envelope

10. Walk over to the post office, and leave the letter in the mailbox. 

Now, you no longer have to go to the Post Office to send mail. Now, you can mail a letter online with Mailform.

All you have to do is:

  1. Go to and upload the documents you want to mail. Hit ‘NEXT’

  2. Enter the name and address of your recipient 

  3. Enter your return address

  4. Hit "Send"
