Mailform is the easiest way to post any document by mail, without leaving your chair. Our goal is for you to never have to find a printer or wait in line at the post office to send mail.

How much does it cost?

$2.99 for the first page, and $0.49 for any additional page.

Are my documents secure?

Yes - we delete your documents as soon as they are sent. You don't have an account, and no documents are ever saved.

Can I send registered mail?

Not yet, but check back with us soon!

Does Mailform keep the documents that I upload?

Nope! Once it's mailed out, we delete the documents forever, so make sure you keep a copy for yourself!

No problem! Email us at team@mailform.io. We'll answer as quickly as possible.

How do you process the payments?

We use Stripe. They're great - check them out at Stripe.com.

Who is behind Mailform?

Mailform was built by a team of siblings who have been building software together for years. Most recently we built Hipmob you can find Ayo Omojola here on LinkedIn and Femi Omojola here on StackOverflow. You can reach us at team@mailform.io if you have any questions!!

How do you mail documents and forms?

We work with widely trusted third party mailing services such as Lob and EasyPost. Together, they ship millions of letters, parcels and packages per month for companies such as Intuit (maker of TurboTax & QuickBooks), Teespring, Vinted, and more.

To save trees, documents are double sided by default. You can specify single sided printing if it suits you.

How do I know you'll actually mail my stuff?

We're mailing everything! We promise. If you don't believe us, mail yourself a copy (there's an option on the confirmation page). Soon, we'll release options for registered and certified mail, along with tracking links. We're young and we know we have to earn your trust. We will.

Are the letters printed in black and white, or full color?

At the moment, all letters are printed in black and white. We don't currently support color printing, although that is on the roadmap.

What postage method is used?

All documents and forms are sent via USPS First Class Mail, using the Lob API.

Is a barcode placed on the envelope?

No barcode is placed on the envelope.
